There are sample policies in the back of the resource books, "Safe Sanctuaries: Reducing the Risk of Child Abuse" (page 63) and "Safe Sanctuaries for Youth: Reducing the Risk of Abuse in Youth Ministries" (page 77). You are free to use or amend these policies.
