The Americus District Welcomes Bishop James R. King, Jr, and Mrs. Rose King
A reception for the Kings was held at Mulberry United Methodist Church in Macon on Sunday, September 14, at 4:00 p.m. Thanks to all of our pastors and laity who attended.
Bishop King will hold a “Town Hall Meeting” on Tuesday, November, 18, at 7:00 p.m., at Cordele First United Methodist Church. All clergy and laity are invited to attend. This will be a good time to meet our new Bishop. We urge you to attend and show our support of Bishop King.
