Part Time Position Opening (20 hr. week): Director of Children and Family Ministries at College Place United Methodist Church in Brunswick, GA. Need experienced person with strong background in Christianity, to build and lead the children's ministry, meeting the diverse needs of children and their families while helping them grow a deeper understanding of God and the church. Works approximately 20 hrs/wk, incl. Sundays & some Saturdays. Min. 2 yr. experience in early childhood education. Competence in computer skills. Experience In planning, organizing, and implementing children's programs. Experience - recruiting, training, and working with volunteers and paid staff. Experience in relating to and motivating children and parents. Maintain all aspects of confidential information and position is subject to background checks and drug testing.
