Clergy Sexual Ethics Workshop – Sept. 13
A Sexual Ethics Workshop is scheduled for Sept. 13, 2012, at St. Paul UMC in Columbus from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. Registration begins at 9:30 a.m. This workshop is required every three years for persons serving under appointment by the Bishop (clergy, local pastors, extension ministers, appointed lay speakers). World Communion Day – Oct. 7
World Communion Day is Sunday, Oct. 7. World Communion Sunday is one of the six churchwide Special Sundays of The United Methodist Church. World Communion Sunday provides scholarships for U.S. racial- and ethnic-minority students and international students, on both undergraduate and graduate levels.
